10/23 CONTEMPORARY FUSION
Mitchell Savitsky is a trained dancer and has been training for 13 years, along with studying many different styles of dance. He attends GCIT Performing Arts - Dance high school program. He is a professional dancer, signed with Clear Talent Group in NY and LA. He worked with Macklemore, jbalvin, Target, Macy's, and Jimmy Fallon. Assisting on tour with several celebrity choreographers and conventions. He trained with The Crew Dancers created by my mentors Mollee Gray and Jeka Jane and Nitrogen The company in New York. He also appeared in over a dozen TV and Netflix movies and series, modeled for boysdancetoo and a few magazines and runway shows. |
11/13 - WAACKING
Born and raised in Italy, Giorgia Vitali trained at the Joffrey Ballet School on a Merit Scholarship and graduated with Excellence with Honors from the Certificate Program at Peridance Capezio Center. She performed works by Margo Sappington, Kevin Wynn, Francesca Harper, Archie Burnett, Candace Brown, Kim Holmes, Dionna PridGeon, Karen Arceneaux, Ephrat Asherie and Shirlene Quigley. She presented her own work at New York Fashion Week and IDACO - Italian Dance Festival. Giorgia is featured in the movie "Waiting in the Wings: Still Waiting and music videos like "Hype Williams Video" by Jansport J. She recently released “Smile to me”, an experimental music video for the songwriter Mary Esther Carter; she’s been touring nationally and internationally with the Bollywood Show “Mystic India”, member of DeFunes Dance, Kalamandir Dance Company, Ajna Dance Company and Guilty Pleasures Cabaret. She’s the only certified Bollywaack teacher in the TRI State area, under the guidance of Kumari Suraj. Giorgia is currently on faculty at PMT House of Dance in NYC, teaching waacking. |
11/20 - CONTEMPORARY FUSION
Lyndsey Arorash is a professional dancer from Bermuda. She has trained in many styles and is known to be a well rounded dancer. At the age 14, she decided to showcase herself to prestigious schools in the states. She was accepted into Joffrey Ballet School, in the Jazz and Contemporary 4 year program in New York City. Lyndsey then also studied at the Peridance Center under the direction of Igal Perry. Lyndsey has been privileged to have worked with many choreographers and have roles that showcase her talent, both on film and stage. She has been featured in an award winning film Uprooted: The Journey of Jazz Dance, IMPERFECT at Lincoln Center, and performed in Choreographers Carnival. She has also had the opportunity to work with companies such as Humans Collective (Lauren Cox), moveDIPR (Dionna PridGeon and XY Dance Project (Nijawwon Matthews) to name a few. Lyndsey is a gifted choreographer and teacher and has also had a chance to teach in New York and her hometown Bermuda. Her teaching credits include The Joffrey Ballet School, MotionScoop Dance Corp. and InMotion School of Dance. Some of her choreography credits include choreographing for Young Choreographers Festival, Uptown Rising Performance Series and Industry Night. Lyndsey has also recently been featured in publishing sources such as NY Glamour Magazine and Voyage ATL. |
12/11 CONCERT CONTEMPORARY
Roxanne Young, a native of Denver, CO, trained at her mother's studio, Expressions of Dance and Arts Academy and at the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance School. She attended the Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas, TX where she was a member of the Repertory Dance Company I. In 2006, Ms. Young was a Finalist for the National Foundation for the Advancement in the Arts in Modern Dance, which was held in Miami, FL. After high school she continued her studies at the University of Utah, joining the Department of Modern Dance. In 2010 she joined the Dallas Black Dance Theatre II and in 2011 Ms. Young joined the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble as a member of the Second Company and was promoted to the First Company after one season. After being an apprentice for a season, Ms. Young had danced with Elisa Monte Dance, under the direction of Tiffany Rea-Fisher in 2016. In addition to dancing with Elisa Monte Dance, Ms. Young performed for AThomasProject, Bloodline Dance Theater, Alpha Omega Theatrical Dance Company and nathantrice/RITUALS Dance Theater in New York. In 2020, Ms. Young had the privilege to start working with Gesel Mason in her new project Yes, And which held dance residencies in DC and Austin. Roxanne is thrilled to premier the Yes, And Project at Jacob's Pillow. |
12/4 - MUSICAL THEATRE
Reaghan Snow Given is a dancer/singer/actress from Raleigh, North Carolina. She’s so excited to be working closely with Dionna and MD to further her training! Along with MD, she has trained 16 years and is proficient in many styles such as ballet, jazz, musical theater, tap, etc. She is thrilled to be able to learn from Dionna again, and is so excited for the opportunity to teach as well. TBA - COMMERCIAL CONTEMPORARY
Caitlin Lee is a dancer from Long Island who grew up in the competition world. After her competition days with inspirations performing arts center national team as well has her time as captain in Centereach high school’s varsity Kickline, she moved on to assisting choreographers around the country as an assistant for liberate artists. Caitlin is in school studying exercise science at Hofstra University and currently dances and choreographs for their audition based performance club known as danceworks. Outside of school Caitlin spends her time choreographing and performing for concert shows such as the boys of summer tour with the local artist Edwrds. |
