Let's talk about it!
The 2 words: [Self Love] have been used more than ever, these days . . .
Here's my question:
How do you practice loving yourself IF . . . ?
IF you haven't moved past what others think of you
IF you just haven't moved past your past yet
IF you blame yourself for faults you've made
IF you don't view yourself in the positive ways that others do
IF you haven't found forgiveness for yourself yet
IF your self love is linked to your current self worth
IF love (in general) has always been something that you've struggled with
IF you don't think that true [SELF LOVE] can be obtained
IF you still haven't discovered true [SELF LOVE]
Yes, some of these questions may be easy for you to answer and may not apply to you . . . but some may be a bit more challenged with these questions. Why is that? My perspective is that when you've experienced lots OR recurring trauma, it may be hard to 'see the light, at the end of the tunnel.' So, can we say that [SELF LOVE] is continuous process?
A continuous process . . .
I think that's safe to say; it gives us some peace of mind. We don't become stressed by living up to what we see or hear on social media/society . . . we are in a space to find and discover our own personal version of SELF LOVE.
I LOVE the part of me who finds healing through writing
Try and start here: I LOVE the part of me (fill in the blank)
DIPRlove to you all
