Class Summary: I use an organic approach to warmup, never beginning class in the same way; “Our bodies & spirits feel differently from day to day". I pride myself on creating an enjoyable, welcoming & safe environment for learning. I like to focus on mindfulness: centering oneself, before fully conditioning the body; My classes are a break from the 'norm.' Lastly, I help students explore their own voices through improv/freestyle, as music serves as the impetus.
